Overview
Use the in-app tools first whenever possible. PetStep supports self-service account export and deletion for signed-in cloud accounts.
Account and Privacy
- Use Settings -> Data & Privacy -> Export my data to export account data.
- Use Settings -> Account -> Delete Account to remove your account.
- For manual privacy review requests, email privacy@petstep.app.
Billing
- Subscriptions and consumables are managed by the store platform where you purchased them.
- Use Apple or Google billing pages first for refunds, renewals, and payment updates.
- Contact support@petstep.app if a purchase or entitlement does not sync correctly after the store confirms it.
Gameplay and Technical Issues
When contacting support, include your sign-in email, device model, OS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots and timestamps make sync, battle, and purchase issues much faster to diagnose.
